Information provided via phone, email, or WhatsApp is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, assess your renovation needs, arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation, and comply with legal obligations. Hosting infrastructure may automatically generate limited technical server logs (such as IP address, request timestamp, and browser user-agent) for site security and system diagnostics.
Cookies, Google Maps and External Services
The website does not deploy first-party analytics or advertising tracking cookies; language preferences are managed seamlessly via URL paths. Embedded Google Maps elements in contact sections load as they approach the viewport. At that moment, your browser connects to Google servers, and Google may process connection data, IP address, and set cookies pursuant to its own privacy policy. External WhatsApp and social media links connect to the respective platforms only upon clicking. You may inspect, block, or clear cookies via your browser settings at any time. Service Providers and International Data Transfers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Web form submissions are dispatched securely to the authorised project team via the Telegram Bot API, and interactive maps are served by Google. These technology providers may process data outside Türkiye to the extent strictly necessary to deliver their services. International transfers are conducted in compliance with the legal conditions and safeguards specified in Article 9 of the KVKK. Personal data is never sold or disclosed to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
